Steps that I should take?

BP, I have better results with the natty's blue than red on my daily black driven vehicles.

The red was not working well for me on black as a daily driver.The blue is a better choice on black.Steve gave me the heads up on this after a quick phone call.

Please correct me guys if I am wrong.:surrender

I use Red on black cars with no issues. I think it looks the best on black actually. Whatever works for you is best!
