Stealing Scotts thunder: My products

I was leaving one of my stops late last night and as I was packing my stuff up I thought to myself, "Self...Scott revealed to us all the method to his madness of his product storage so why not reveal to all yours?"

So I snapped a few pics of the back of my truck and figured I would post them here for scrutinization:xyxthumbs

Last one.

I have all my products seperated in individual bins or containers. I have a bin for my "interior" stuff and a seperate one for my "exterior" stuff. I have 4 buffers back there in seperate bins as well as all my pads. All of that stuff fits one way and if anything is out of place it won't all fit....kinda like a puzzle!

How do we know that those totes actually have anything in them!? ;)

What is that gray thing with the yellow cord around it? It looks like it could be a power/air station....

Dale....LOL:D Actually those totes carry my lunch! My products fit into a milkcrate I carry up front.

The grey object with the yello cord around it is my carpet extractor. Also notice the spots of dried liquid on many of the tops of the totes? Well one may think they are from waxes and polishes but oh no my friend.....those are drips from my Dijon Mustard bottle!

(Amazing what some Nyquil for a cold and a glass of wine for a chaser can do to ones spelling)

Well Scott had asked for a peek inside my bins so before I packed it up to go home tonight I opened up my bins and snapped a few shots.

The first pic is of a red luggage bag that holds my tire dressings, some special cleaners and larger bottles of polishes.

Next pic is of a red extra large craft box that used to store all my plastic model making gadgets and paints. It now houses all my paint cleaners, polishes and liquid waxes/sealants. My paste waxes are kept inside my truck cab in a insulated bag. In the summer months I place a "blue ice" inside there to keep them cool.

The top portion of this red tool box holds various brushes and odds and ends.

Last pic is of two bins, the one on the right holds mainly my interior cleaning stuff, several QD's plus my metal cleaners and polishes.

The one on the left holds my rotary buffer pads and underneath that bin is another bin that holds my Cyclo and my Dewalt rotary.

Two other smaller blue boxes hold my PC and also my Metabo rotary.

Take care,

Anthony

Falcon,

I use the cornstarch for aluminum wheel polish, it helps in removing the black residue. Soaks the stuff right up and leaves a brilliant dry finish.

I also add it every so often to my glazes or polishes.

It would probably also make for a quick snack if you were in a pinch huh? :D

Thanks for the picks

Eric
