Does anyone have any suggestions? Or the supplies I have are they aright to start out also do you think I need a buffer or is an orbiter alright. Also do you think I need a steamer?

If by buffer you mean rotary, then yes you will need one, but you probably won't get to many polishing requests until you get your name out there. It's up to you, but IMO a $15 wash isn't even worth my time. I'm trying to get my name out there just like you. So far everyone has chosen my middle and high-end packages. It's been working out pretty well for me so far. I work another job and am going back to college soon (I don't have my car at college), so I'm not trying very hard to get a large customer base. Detailing is just something on do on the side for now. My website is www.detailedtouch.com for reference.

How did you get your customers you have now? I been handing out fliers. I am looking for other ways to get my name known any suggestions. I am making a Web page now and I have business cards. I am at school now and when I was home I was cleaning family and friends cars so it was easier to get clients not I am starting from scratch again.
