Stain and degreaser questions

Ok, what is a good cleaner and degreaser for your engine and wheel wells? How do yall get those wheel wells looking like new? Also, what is a good all around carpet cleaning product? I have a big red stain, coffee and a little tar I believe. I have a little green machine that I would use. Thanks

Thanks, also would anybody have any input on Malco red thunder? I have a coworker that says it worked great on his engine.
