Spreading sealants/waxes by machine

I still use hand speed. It takes way less Lsp product using a 3-4" yellow foam pad, and I dont have a more expensive foam pad gummed up with Lsp to deal with.

When using the machine I will range between 2-4. Usually 2.5-3.

I used to only use hand but with some lsp's the machine is very fast and nice (if I already have it out for correction.)

I agree with Cee........ Speed 2, Liquid wax with Machine, Paste by hand,

I've grown accustomed to spreading my liquid wax with the PC at 2.5.

I think I end up using less product and it's easier to spread thin coats.

I suppose everyone does their own thing.

Some sealant are harder to get a real thin coating by hand, so I just run it at 3 on the PC.
