Spray N' Wipe Nice Product

I've have problems with it smearing too on my black paint.Mainly it happens on the hood for some reason.I thought I had bad batch so I ordered some more because everybody raves about it so much. The new stuff came in today and I tried it on the hood and it still smears.:nixweiss

Please don't let my less than perfect experience discourage anyone from at least trying it.I do like S&W for spot claying(although sometimes I think it may be to slippery).I just find it to touchy for me to say it's great and an equal replacement for QEW.When I'm done QEWing the car I know what the results will be,so far with S&W I'll find streaks poping up here and there and it's probably my fault.Less is better but I only like that term when applying a LSP not for dust or dirt removal on black.

How does S & W differ from a Quick Detail type product?

What sets it apart from products like Quickshine, Z6, EO Spray and Wipe, Mother's Showtime, Mequiar's Final Detail...etc.?

this has been an interesting thread to read...I experienced a bit of a learning curve with S&W...I now spray, wait about 30 seconds, wipe with a mf and then buff with a second mf...

this may not work for everyone but works well for me

It is not really a quick detailer. This product will actually WASH your car. I love it!

Well I got streaking tonight. I used the product on my car after it had rained. I first used the car duster and then went with the sprat and wipe. Not only did I get streaks, it swirled the crud out of my roof. Not happy. Overall the product is still very good as long as you do not have much dirt of any kind on it. If its just above what you would use a QD for. I always use a QD after using SnW.
