Spot Sprayers any good?

I purchased the 15gal spot sprayer from TSC. I bought it basically for the tank and pump. I reconfigured it to run from the pump to my pressure washer (when I need it), then ran a hose from the drain plug to a faucet at the back of the truck to fill buckets, etc. I fabbed up some aluminum brackets to hold in place and mounted a tractor battery next to it for the pump.
I use ONR most of the time, so I really don't use the pump and pressure washer a whole lot. But, it does work. I bought mine under 100 bucks.
If you where thinking of using the spot sprayer for "pressure washing", it would be a waste. There is only about 30psi of pressure and the spray pattern is mist. Again to fill buckets, yes it works fine.

I was wondering if something like that could be done..what did u have to use to make the tank go to the pressure washer? Im guessing just clamped a garden hose on the end and used that to screw into the pressure washer??

Yes, just visit your local HDand fab up some fittings/adapters and hose. I just used all 3/4 garden hose and fittings. I used brass quick connects on all ends. Very simple to fab. Its also a good idea to use some plumber tape around the threads of the fittings, just to prevent leaks.
As far as if an electric pressure washer will pull...I dont know of one off hand, however, if you have your pressure washer below the tank and run a gravity feed line...they will work. It depends on the type of washer and how much gpm's it requires. To run a pressuer washer from a tank, usually the pressure washers needs a direct drive pump. Search for pressure washers and tanks on this site, there is bunch of good threads about that issue.

I really and personally dont feel a need for a pressure washer.. they seem to do more harm than good with the big ones and the little ones just dont seem to even do anything worth while and for the time to set em up and disamble is just not worth it.
Ive been doing several details out of my car just using the customers water and i found i barely use any at that and am barely using much water to rinse etc so a spot sprayer would serve purposes good im thinking.. At least to fill tanks and a light mist for some onr washes im hoping this works out ok!

The 12volt pumps work well. I've used several shurflo pumps over the years. I run a 5gpm flojet now. It powers a pressure washer and a 60 foot air hose reel. I am not sure I understand your ONR question. Would it be sufficient for carrying water and filling bucket or were you going to use it as a sprayer? I do all my washing (mobile) with ONR. I rarely use the pressure washer or hose reel. If you are using it for a tank and pump you can get a bigger tank and pump probably for the same money. The flojet was the most I've spent on a 12v pump and it was $105. I just run a cut piece of garden hose through the tank lid to pull the water out of the tank. I drilled a hole in the lid to allow some venting and to keep debris out. There are fittings on my tank (50gallon) but I never bothered to plumb them. When I need a sprayer for ONR I just use a 2gallon pump sprayer that I have. I clean wheels, tires, wells and spot spray with it. I generally get 4-5 cars out of the sprayer (wheels, tires, wells and such).
Also if you use something like a 2 gallon sprayer you could just skip the pump for the tank. If all you were doing is filling buckets a cut piece of hose to siphon would work or use 5-6 gallon water tanks that can be poured from.
