Wow, I got a chance to use this stuff today. It's awesome! I'd DACP'd the horizontal parts of my car to remove some swirling, then went over the whole car with #80 by PC with a polishing pad. I was pretty amazed to see a noticeable difference on the hood when I did half of it. I had applied DACP by PC and a polishing pad as well, and it hadn't seemed to have left any hazing. But once I went over it with #80, the haze was apparent (don't get me wrong, the paint after DACP looked sweet!). I was surprised by how much better it looked with the #80.
I was also amazed by the absolute lack of dust. There was zero dusting from #80, which I definitely can't say about DACP, or even about SFP. I don't get a lot of dust from SFP, but I do get a bit. I think #80 will be my go-to polish now on the Aurora. It has about the cleaning ability of SFP, maybe a tad more (which is what it says on the side too), but leaves a glossier finish.
It actually looks and smells a lot like the #7 I have and the Hand Polish I've seen. It isn't white like #82 and #83, rather it is brownish/grey and has a smell similar to #7 rather than the SFP/DACP smell. It's really easy to use, leaves lots of gloss, and wipes off very easily as well. If you are looking for an easier to use polish on the cut level of SFP/#9, I really suggest you give it a try. It's really great stuff!
On a side note, I'm really liking ColorX more and more. The glass on my wife's car got it when I did the big detail job last week, and it subsequenty got totally covered with bugs. It rained today and the whole windshield is completely bug-free. Not just the areas the wipers run over, but the whole thing. I also just used it on the 'roara wheels and it is like AIO but leaves the finish even smoother and a bit wetter/glossier looking than AIO/SG. :xyxthumbs
I'm also liking Wolfgang more and more. I used it again on the Aurora because it is just so dang easy to use. I'll probably apply some Blackfire over it, but then again maybe I won't... The car looks really really good... :bigups
