hello, first time posting. I have been using Pinn. Souveran on my steel gray roadster for over a year.My new vehicle is going to be white. I have read that the paste glaze should be used on light cars, but will Souveran still work well? Plenty of Souveran left, any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks.

Hey mrnofrills welcome to town! I'm waiting for my Souveran right now. From what I understand it is supposed to work great on black and red which have something in common with most whites. They are all flat, non-metallic colors. Since you have it I recommend giving it a try to see how you like it. Experimentation, particularly with non abrasive products, is a good thing imo. It sure can't hurt anything and it will give you a basis for comparison if/when you want to try something else.

I own a White Car & if I had the choice to buy Souveran or Glaz for about the same price like recently I dont know why I wouldnt buy Souveran.....its obviously a better wax and if its going to add depth and shine, not just shine then why wouldnt you take it?

I have two white cars and a silver one and am thrilled with Souveran. I do have to admit I have not tried Paste Glaz yet, and plan to, but i can't imagine how it would be easier to use and give better results than Souveran. Try the Souveran over three coats of Klasse Sealant Glaze, wear sunglasses !

I've been using the Paste Glaz on my White Acura and it looks so good. It gives it this nice glow to the body lines. I don't know what Souveran will do to it but I think I'm going to give it a try. It is only 5 bucks more than I paid for my Paste Glaz anyway so I figure I can't loose. I do a lot of black cars anyway so it will probably come in handy.

IMHO the Paste Glaz is easier to wipe off, there is no buffing required. A downside is that the lower carnauba content of PG makes it last only a few weeks, but its so darn easy to apply and remove.

If you love the Souveran, you'll like the Paste Glaz. Personally I find Souveran good to use on lighter colored cars, provides a little more pop on it than PG, but on us Autopians would know and people with well trained eyes. The PG sure does make the lighter cars shine and blind in sunlight though (on top of Klasse.)

Ok back to my ham sandwich and roast beef hero (for breakfast at 1:45PM)

If you can buy both products for the same price, then definitely get the Souveran. I've been using it on light colored cars a bit longer than most here. I absolutely love the results. Laters

I have tried both and I prefer Souveran on any color vehicle over paste glaze. And yes I do currently own both Souveran and Paste Glaze :)
