soupy nattys??

CHAIRSHOT CENTRAL!!
Hello folks;
I just ordered and received a jar of nattys paste wax but its extremely liquidy (like lumpy soup). If I mix it and let it sit will it reharden or did I just get a bad can?

Sounds like it might have gotten too hot in transit. I would contact Steve.
 
Do what boss said or post in the poorboys forum section. Im sure steve will take care of you.

Email Steve (or call him). He will get it taken care of ASAP. Sounds like it got a little hot during the trip to you.
 
thanx again folks, I sent an email to the retailer I got it from, they have always been really cool and Im sure theyll take care of it.
 
The exact same thing happened with my Natty's. I remelted in a pot of boiling water, the liquidified the Natty's and then I allowed it to cool. It seemed to help a little.

I did email Poorboys and at no time did they offer me a replacement :(

Something tells me that there is more to this story. Steve has great customer service. Either he didn't get the email, or something else happened.

Ditto. If Steve is aware of a question or problem, he will make sure you're happy in the end. He stand behind his products.

I saw a post a week or so ago saying he'd be in and out for a while because of a personal/family issue. You might want to try and reach him over the phone.
 
A little side bar. I bought a jar of Natty's and it crumbled. I told Steve(Poorboy) about it. Not as a complaint but as a heads up. He offered to replace it right away. I rejected his offer as it was no big deal to me. I can not imagine him not making good on his product.
 
Same here. My first jar of Natty's leaked oil and asked about it.. all I can say is that Steve is really a class act.
I just melted the wax and it's okay now :)
