Looks good for what you had to work with Has he priced new plastic yet? Not sure about sources for Kawi parts but, have him check out http://www.ronayers.com . Their prices aren't the best but, they should be less than the local dealer. That upper cowl is one piece and is gonna cost a purty penny :nervous:

He might also look at getting the parts repaired. I have heard good things about EmpireGP, they are in Montour Falls, NY.

No. I am not sure how he dropped it. He slid at about 30mph because his tires were cold, so I take it. He just wanted to see if he would have to replace his front headlamp (which he didn't--those polish out so easily).
