He just wanted some scratches taken care of, so I really didn't touch anything else other than the paint. :)
 
Looks good for what you had to work with :D Has he priced new plastic yet? Not sure about sources for Kawi parts but, have him check out http://www.ronayers.com . Their prices aren't the best but, they should be less than the local dealer. That upper cowl is one piece and is gonna cost a purty penny :nervous:

haha. what happened to that front fairing? weird to have a guy want his bike detailed when there's a huge gaping hole in the plastics.

No. I am not sure how he dropped it. He slid at about 30mph because his tires were cold, so I take it. He just wanted to see if he would have to replace his front headlamp (which he didn't--those polish out so easily). :)

Yea. Might as well just throw the bike away and buy a new one. :nana:

me: it really was that shiney!? lol

me: sometimes i'm too close to the...canvas...to see it lol

friend: haha it was awesome! it looked so much better than all the other bikes there



maybe this summer venture won't be a waste. :)
