Something New in Blue....

Sorry to hear about your friend and his truck, Steve. Glad you got it looking better.
I never thought of Natty's to hide swirls, though (thanks to SSRs I usually have no swirls to hide). Did you apply it quite thick or just thin as usual?

I think I might have spread it a bit thicker than usual:dunno
Yes he also use to not have to hide swirls either:(

i topped it off with a quick squirt of Spray & Gloss and then it really popped.

I take it, you would you recommend topping Natty's with Spray & Gloss? I just used Natty's on my black BMW and was impressed all over again. I'll try topping it with Spray & Gloss next ime for the extra pop.

I find that using Spray & Gloss on top of anything adds more "POP" ...:)

I will ""Spit shine" with with S&G put your wax on and when you go to remove it you just spray a little on then remove both..It does add POP

:headbang I use S&G after my LSP and after every wash. I love that stuff. I order it by the gallon.

Got my "Blue" today. Man it smells really good, and very much like something I have used before! Now I can't wait to try it!!

Is there any left, I plan on making an order, but I would like to hold off until I know what color the Natty's will be. I'm running low on S&W too, so probably a gallon of that, and some S&G, and maybe some APC.

Got my blue in record time.............. Steve u da man...

Nice living close.

Just one complaint... It's been raining all week and the blue is just sitting there waiting ... lol :ranton

My neighbor and I have had a chance to work with the magical blue wax a few times, and here's what we've found:

-If you don't put it on with a damp applicator or if you apply it too thick, it takes some work to remove.

-If EX-P is to light colors as EX is to darks, then I'd say Natty's is the choice for topping EX-P, and Natty's Blue is the choice to top EX.

-IMO Natty's Blue really 'pops' when you mist your pad/panel with S&G, apply a think coat to a panel or two at a time, then wipe off.

Here are a few shots taken yesterday of our Z71 after a few coats of Natty's Blue.....

I love seeing pictures of your car -so please post some up when you're done!

I think you'll be VERY happy with Natty's blue.

I just ordered (2) more jars.

I want some in reserve in case Steve decides not to release it.

Thanks-will do. Although I don't know when I'll be able to take/post pics. The weather forcast is not cooperating so far-we'll have to wait and see.

Got my package today. Blue Natty's smells really good!!! I can't wait to try it out this weekend!!!

My buddy and I got to use some EX topped with Natty's Blue on a 51 Ford Pickup. The paint was only a few weeks old and the PB lineup was awesome. We found ourselves in a trance at the shine and clarity. Awesome stuff!

The blue was pretty tough to get off, but the results are worth it! I suddenly felt like a gumball after applying?! :)

Mike

Latest thoughts are to use S&G when removing or do only a few panels at a time and then remove.
