Something new for Sema!! HD Finish

Its still being discussed if we will offer it or not. Uno finishes just as well.

If it truly does have protection in it, market it as an all in one instead of a finishing polish.

I bet you sell a ton of it. Look at how Poorboy's Polish with Sealant and Meg's PRC sells.

You are on the right path. :)

HD Finish is for the black and finicky soft pants that just wont finish. It for the last 5%.

Man, this is awesome!!:hifive: I've been looking for something to use on my soft pants for so long.

Sorry Ben, I couldn't help myself; it was just, right, there.

Based on the information I was given, i'm under the impression it does offer protection as well as corrective ability, so effectively a true AIO

However if the information I was given was incorrect then the answer is easy, slip some Poxy in the bottle and you will have one of the best AIO on the market. :D

Considering how popular PRC from Megs is, if you guys can create a product with some mechanical ability, but also something who's mechanical action finishes sharper than PRC with less chance of micromarring(seen PRC do it something nasty) you will sell tons of the stuff.

Not sure what you were using it on, but even V3 finishes very well. The new version is off the charts based on what I have seen - mind you, this was on some extremely soft flat black paint.

then i must be doing something wrong. i've had some issues with uno v3.

having issues on '01 durango (flame red or whatever they call it), was using 3d red pad and would get good results one day but not the next. only thing different was temp and humidity. started with clean dry pads primed with 3 drops (dots) of uno, using on dot for each following section. was using flex 3401 tried speed as high as 4-5 and finishing at 2-3. have tried varying the speeds and pressures with no success. one day it'll finish with no marring and the next time i'll get micro marring left behind. on harder clears like vw/audi the uno works great. just not getting consistent results on softer clears like dodge (not that its real soft like some honda's or bmw black).

I think it is the flex, not the polish. Try it with the rotary or even the pc. The panels we were using at SEMA - only the rotary worked on them. PC or the 3401 would just chew the finish up. The MF pads may also work on "soft" clear with the 3401. Try it.

I just used it and I will make sure that it stays on the market. Pictures will follow later today. It is a true ALL IN ONE product. Great cleaning ability, and looks wonderful.

Hope it does make it to market! We need to twist Tunch's arm.

Good to know. Just be sure to twist Tunch's arm but don't break it... he needs it to keep mixing up great products. LOL. Can't wait for your post.

We will send all calls about HD Finish to voice mail. :croc:

Seriously though, we will be discussing it next week in our weekly sales meeting about keeping HD Finish. Or as what I like to call it, "HD Speed".

Was that included in my package, Ben? I have a ton of work next week that I can use HD Finish on to give some feedback.

Sorry, no HD Finish to send unless I can convince Tunch to make more. Still though, the Uno and Poxy sent are pretty fast none the less.
