DETAILED TODAY?
anyone else sick? blah! i woke up yesterday feeling like crap. it was a struggle finishing the shift. after i got home, last night was the worse night i can remember in years!! without detail its like food posioning symptoms. for kicks i asked the mail man this morning if he has seen something going around. much to my surprize, he stated the symptoms of several co workers without me telling him! great..... he said many just worked it out rather than going to the doctor. i'll see how i feel by 1-2 pm, but i dont see work happening tonight.....
 
wow. that was quite the ordeal. called the doc wednesday to see what was going around. "well, quite a few things. i cant do anything here. you would have to go to a ER. to get re-hydrated etc..." or let it work out of your system. i chose the latter. missed tuesday and wednesday this week (work). kept hydrated, but did not eat much for 5 days. saturday morning ate a normal breakfast as a trail run. and ate supper too. FINALLY BETTER THIS MORNING! i did ask around work if anyone else was sick and had my better half do the same at her work. NADA. i still swear it was FOOD POISIONING. last weekend we ate the same thing except for a SUBWAY SUB i had last saturday night. makes me wonder??? at any rate its glad to be back!!
