some wetsanding lights pics

Here are some pics of some tail lights i tinted and clearcoated wetsanded and buffed



the left side is the original notice the orange peel, the middle is wetsanded with 2k grit, and the right side is buffed with megs medium cut compound

VHT makes two tinting products, one is called Nightshades, it is great, but dries to a flat sheen, almost like see through black primer, LOL. It can be clear coated however, and wetsanded/polished to a nice mirror shine.



The other one they make dries to a nice glossy shine, but is VERY thin, and tempermental, I have used it to tint before, as well as make chrome look like black chrome (looks OUTSTANDING by the way. I have done it with sucess, but I would practice on something else first. This other one is just called Window Tint.......here is a link to both.

honestly night shade was ok, but i actually just use automotive clear with black mixed in and follow proper prepping procedures and i havent had a problem with it at all
