Yes, this was a Pebble Beach Winner a few years back because of of it's uniqueness and originallity ...do you know if this was the fuel regulator?

Here are some shots of a couple BMW's that were brought over from Germany for the event..BMW sponsors the event which is why they were here.

Yeah, that car has been in some "high-end" shows. I remember seeing the snake in some pictures a while back and the car slowly came back to me and I found the link where I first saw it:

PM.Zone At The 2004 Greenwich Concours d'Elegance - Popular Mechanics

Not sure if that is a fuel regulator...... it goes back a bit before my time :hmmm:

There were also a quite a few other interesting vehicles like 3 wheel Morgans , Allards, Cobras, Monza's , Lotus, Lola, and Bugattis.
Here's a couple more shots:

I've seen about all the BMW race cars...we have a similar race track here....I go once or twice a year....the Le Mans cars are coming soon and the ones to watch there are the Audi's...for the classics that's down in Monterrey

I missed the steering wheel on the wrong side because of the dragon intake.:rofl

I'm always impressed at the level of detail for those cars as well as the craftsmanship.
