Some of the rarest and most unique automobiles in the world...

Once again I'm left speechless with yet another bar raising write up.

Awesome work on some very sweet pieces of art Todd! Thanks for sharing! :notworthy:

wow

thank you for your post. these cars reaffirm why i have been a car nut my entire life. the care and handling you showed hit the mark. if someone cant see why these are special they will never understand us. the joy of finishing a detail is just alien to most people.

Good stuff Todd. Looks like fun was had by all @-)

Good thing Mr X didn't let an 18 year old hack practice on his beautys Muscleman

1) Thank you for the compliment Flash.

2) It is very obvious that you have an issue with a detailer on this forum. Just because you aren't naming names doesn't mean it is obvious what you are implying. Not only are personal attacks in bad taste, they are against forum rules, and enough is enough. While I (personally) appreciate your twisted humor and trolling ways, TID will simply not allow any forum member to take shots at another.

If I see another post that even implies a cut down I am going to ban you. It is nothing personal, but we ask that forum members PLEASE remain respectful of others at all times. It's up to you if you want to stay, and I (truly) hope you do but I cannot control your actions. I can only enforce the rules.

^ As long as he thinks im in good shape than thats fine... I mean he keeps using the muscle man avatars! lol

Truly amazing work, and a thoroughly enjoyable write-up! I enjoyed the saga very much. And that blue Lambo was an outstanding turnaround.

Hey Todd, do you have a bigger image of the Lambo and the airplanes, it'd make a great wallpaper for my computer. You can leave your logo on it, I've got a guy working with my company short term that's a customer of yours so I don't mind. PM me if you don't mind sending me the pic.

Awesome work by the way.

I really hope Trouble and Streetdreams can work this out because I love and enjoy having you both here! :)

(And please, if you cant do that at least call a truce for the sake of the forum)

WHEN I GROW UP, I WANT TO BE LIKE TODD!!!

in all seriousness, great work. its just amazing how you work that rotary man! you are one of my inspirations to put the DA aside and master the rotary!

Indeed a task for Todd Helme!! Bella Macchina's record for breath taking automoviles is larger than life. So many important pieces of car history so gratefully restored to reveal the glory of their time.
This threat is a lot more than fun to watch and read, Its brings back a resemblance of passion and the dedication for desing back in history.

Thanks for sharing!!!! Unbelievable!!!!
:wizard:

Gracias por todo mi amigo!

Inspiring stuff Todd, always raising the bar! I just think of how much damage could have been done if a less experienced detailer had worked on those cars with some old fashion hacking ^#(^

Just outstanding work again TH!

Wow Todd,
That is an EPIC post, with some of the BEST work that I have ever seen. The results that you and your very tired team achieved are simply amazing.

Thank you!

Todd Helme-Like a mad scientist wringing his hands waiting to move in and kill the evil defects.

LOL, I'm not too sure about that but thank you.

Some real nasty stuff. Great collection of vehicles crammed into one write-up and beautifully presented to readers: that's one great documentary of work. Good thing the owner is smart enough to make sure he picks someone with the skills and attention to detail to return these beauties to their best, or some of them could easily be ruined.
Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Mutster0311! Can I call you Mutster?

The Blue Lambo is one, if not my favorite all time car. They are AMAZING!

Thanks for the compliments, the fullsize should be on its way shortly (as soon as I am home).

Great cars and great work! If I could, I'd take that GT-350 home!

I don't think you can go wrong taking any of them home.

Amazing gorgeous work Todd!WOW!

Im dissappointed though, no pics of working in the buff? :D

Thanks DC.

Thank you so much!!! I moved backwards a little. I started on a DA, ditched it for a rotary, and only recently started using the DA again (basically under Mr. Kevin Brown's tutelage. Thank you again for the compliments.

EPIC thread Todd! Raisin' the bar... raisin' the bar!!! OMG!

Thank you IMO.

Absolutely stunning work!!!

I'm new around these parts, but I don't get the whole Mr. X and the blue face etc. ???

There is a thread (which I believe is a sticky at the top of this page) titled The Greatest Detailing Adventure Ever Told. Give it a read-through and it will make more sense.
