soaps you own

I have some cherry scented stuff, and a gallon of Turtle Wax soap (Bright orange bottle). I've seen The Purple Passion, so may get one of those someday.

Both are about half gone. I plan on buying a gallon of the Gold Class it's a very good soap. I also want to try the NXT series.

I just bought the NXT soap. I is ok, not alot of suds, but it cleans nice and leaves a streak free finish. Its not bad for over the counter soap. I just prefer more suds myself..

strike one foamgun soap. I found the site after doing a search for soap.
My nephew was over so i thought it would be fun to let him play around with the foamgun and have my car washed at the same time :D

as you can see from the pic it made a decent amount of foam right off the bat, better then any soap i've used with the FG. Dan Kline who sells the soap stated it will produce 10-20% more foam if used with a gilmour dial in FG. I can't verify this because i used gilmours foam gun where you pill back the pin to adjust the ratio.

The lubricity is par with many soaps i've tried with no marring left behind,it has a bubblegum scent lime green in color and neon green when the soap begins to faom. IMO it cleaned real good with no resin left behind . the paint was left with an above average shine.

The only thing i didn't like was the soap will easily stain your hands probably your clothes too, although it came off while washing the car. The 32 OZ's of soap ($6.95) comes in its own container then screws onto your gilmour FG that alone was worth the cash .I figured if i didn't care for the soap i can always use the container..

I just bought today a gallon of the Purple Passion soap from the Zone. I'll probably try it tomorrow as I have to go back to work for seven days straight starting Sunday.

That is a great idea to wash a car. I've never thought of using one of those sprayers. Simular idea to the wand in the the car wash bays.

Yeah many of use the a Foam Gun now you can purchase them from any of the sponsors here, but i did purchase the soap somewhere else as i found this is the best soap todate for the foamgun it produce's a rich foam and it is PH balanced as to not remove your last step product (LSP)

I saw that Purple Passion was selling for $2.99 at the Zone when I was in there today. At that price, I was tempted to buy it. Did it work out well for you?

I don't have much, but here's what I have:

DP Auto Bath Shampoo
Optimum Car Wash
DP Xtreme Foam Formula Auto Shampoo (just received this as free gift; can't wait to try it in my foam gun)
Meg's Gold Class Shampoo

As far as car shampoos go I've got:

Meguiars Hyper Wash - 1gal
Meguiars #62 - 1gal
Poorboys Super Slick & Suds - 32oz
1Z Perls - 500ml

Have had many others in the past too, my favourites being Meguiars Hyper Wash and #62. Also have 5 gallons of Meguiars Last Touch, use it every wash to aid drying the car. :)

I really like the meguiars Hyper Wash, I find that if you use it at the 400:1 dilution ratio it is a nice lubricated wash and if you like suds (I personally don't really car that much, I like a lubricated wash solution) they last well too... Easy and feels safe to use, and the dilution ratio makes it excellent value for money which is why I continue to use it.

Poorboys SSS is I find a very oily feeling wash solution, which is fantastic - feels very safe to wash the car with, though if you like suds I find they don't last that long. But that doesn't really bother me. :)

Both excellent shampoos, but I find the Hyper Wash better value with excellent results which is why I tend to use it.
