So we've established that you're obsessed... but have you waxed your dictionary?

I finally got the pictures in (though they are poor quality, no digital). I took one side of my dictionary on a rainy day and did a little "touching up." A couple weeks, ten layers of Klasse, and two coats of Meguiar's #26 later, I have the shiniest dictionary on the block (just like my car! ) Anyway, if I can get it to work, here is the before picture. This is the side of the dictionary that I did NOT wax.





I'm sorry, I'm having trouble with my before picture. I will fix it when I can!

Ok. As long as we're making confessions, I once helped the kid next door wax his Matchbox cars. He used to come over and watch/help when I was detailing my car. One day he shows up with about a dozen cars he wanted to throw in the wash bucket to clean.



By the time we finished, each had a brilliant carnuba shine!



I am SO glad the wife wasn't home that day. I'd have never lived it down, but somehow, I think you guys will understand.:xyxthumbs

That's sick but looks damn good. I Klassed my snowblower when i bought it this fall. And i just got my new license plates for my car that are getting their 3rd layer of SG before i put them on.

Once in awhile I iron my currency (set iron to linen and spray money with water), but thats only the really ratty bills and like i said only once in awhile. Somehow I have the feeling Chuckmotor would recommend that I top the bills with a light application of Niagara spray starch for that nice crisp look.

My dictionary is not waxed, but my owners manual binder is 303'd.

Wow, that is obsessive, but that shine is awesome! Well Ill admit that once when i was extremely bored and it was a rainy day, I just received my first can of Blitz, and since i didnt have a car to work on, I waxed the can!
