So this Is what I have....currently

SIP has harder abrasives for the ceramic clearcoats. They are both rated at 3.5 cut on the Menzerna scale Menzerna Polishing Compounds Products, menzerna polishes, menzerna car polish, menzerna nano polish, menzerna final polish, menzerna compound, . The SIP/IP would be to remove the swirls. Possibly you would step down to a finer polish before "jeweling", which is the term that has become popular here for working the paint to its maximum gloss. You need to remove the swirls before you "jewel".

I'm not sure, but I think when people use that term they are referring to barely buffing the paint just to make it clearer and shine better. Not 100% sure though, just guessing by the context.

Yeah, well, some days we are all technical on here, and some days very colloquial...but I really must have irked you to cause you to make one of your once-a-year posts :p :D
;) ....not at all. It's just that I usually don't have much to say and prefer to just read through the responses. I guess I just got a bug lately and been feelin' like posting. :)

I didn't get the ultrafina... but that's fine.. You guys have any advice putting this stuff on? It says it has to be left wet on the paint to finish swirl free..
