Here is the Dremel. It is a rotary tool available at most hardware stores with tons of attachments including cutting wheels and buffing wheels. Not too expensive and very useful.

That was insanely warm for this time of year. I'm looking out the window now to an inch of snow and 30*F. Highs in the low 30s all week now.

At least it should be above freezing today, so I can wash all the crap off of my car.
