you may want to ask him to change it... seriously...
there's not even a warning or anything, you just go to microsoft's site... I thought something was wrong at first (well, there is something wrong...) if I didn't know to go to it, and hit stop quickly before I got redirected, I would never be able to view your site.
I don't know what is special about it needing IE... when I stopped the redirect I could view it just fine... unless there's something else
