I assume you will be talking to the top dog at that dealership and showing them those pictures? Leave your pistol at home or you will use it. The local news channels would love it.
 
It looks terrible and unprofessional, but it's actually likely not hurting the car. 3 Series (most BMWs) have rubberized 3/4" blocks that hang down at the jack points below the crimp weld, so if the wheel is positioned correctly, the rubber is probably the only thing touching the wheel - assuming the wheel is a junker.

Although it may be safe, not causing any harm, and those were junk wheels anyway, the image looks pretty bad for a Bimmer dealership.

I did find their tow truck though---------totally professional
