SmartWax (ONE) from Chemical Guys

Are they the same company or is SmartWax a private label. I ask because on one of the threads someone said Adams and CG was the same company and it is not, Adams is a private label.
 
Adams truly is a seperate company that is buying and re-branding CG's products. SmartWax, on the other hand, is actually owned and operated by CG's.
 
CG is more of a beta line and SmartWax is their final products. The price hike was due to the finalization of ONE into the smart wax line.



SW is waaay overpriced! The SW bottles are only 150mil btw

Is this official word?



I wouldn't say the CG line is 'beta' as in incomplete.. I always thought that SmartWax was just their retail brand aimed at high end enthusiasts where cost is little concern, while CG was aimed more at professionals who want good performance, larger quantaties at a reasonable per use cost
 
I came across sealtechcarcare recently while surfing the net. CG stuff with fancy names instead of the usual mega descriptive (not) ones.
 
I agree in the CG is not beta, but more aimed at pros who don't care that the bottle has a misaligned sticker where most of the writing is cut off..etc.



SealTech is another private labeler, I read somewhere in another thread that CG has over 800 private labels.

I just pulled up the website. I especially like the Enzo 69 Paste Wax.
