I've used some of their stuff and it's nice. One of owners/partners of the company is a cool guy named Paul, kinda of a trip to talk to him.
I just tried their Leather Smart product this weekend. It looked and smelled nice, but not the easiest to get out of the package to apply if you are detailing for $, and time is a concern. But for somebody who is doing their own car, a real nice product.
Not sure on the prices. I have heard they can be high, but what do you expect for a premium boutique product. Some will buy it, and like it because it is expensive and chic, (and the product delivers too), but there are probably other products even from chemical guys that you can buy in bulk that a knowledgeable detailer can get similar results at a fraction of the cost that are easier to apply at least for the leather cleaner. But for some, nothing but the best and most expensive products will due and I think smart line will find its niche for certain customers. For the chemicals guys, I think it is a very smart move. Although they claim it is a completely separate entity with different formulas and chemicals between the 2 lines.
