Silly mistake..

I was in a hurry, not thinking, and I got right into sealing/glazing, mother's product, my car tonight (planned on carnauba waxing in morning) without polishing first. Should I just let it go this time, or? If I try and start over again with polish, won't I just be putting a lot of elbow grease into removing the sealer I just applied? I'd really like to polish. Please advise..thanks.

Why in a hurry?

Its your decision if you want to spend the extra time or not.. it really doesn't matter at all whether you do it now or in November or in March... as long as you keep wax on there you're fine.

How much extra work do you see it being working the sealer I just applied off in order to get to the car surface again? The car definitely has some swirls/surface scratches I'd like to work out a bit...

Mothers sealer glaze is more of a glaze than a sealant. You may want to do a IPA wipe down before polishing to remove the oils from the glaze. If you were planning to use step 1 from the mothers 3 step, then that would also clean the paint fine instead of the IPA.

You will have to redo the glaze if you polish/clean.

How about if I do Mothers Step 1 Pre-clean, then use Turtlewax black Polish with chipstick (there are definitely swirls/surface scratches that I'd like to attend to)? Then Glaze/Wax? Good procedure?

At that rate, just do a full detail. A proper wash then clay to strip off all the crap then polish/seal/wax or whatever you want.
