The best boat detailer out here, a personal friend of mine, had one of these given to him for evaluation and since its a little toy PC compared to the heavy duty rotaries he needs and kills with regularity to detail gelcoat, he gave it to me to try out for a few weeks.
Its smaller, pretty noisy, doesnt have a more positive rotation like the Meguiars G110V2, and the on/off switch is in an akward place for a right handed buffer like me.
Personally based on my needs and usage of it, I place it on line with the P/CableXP, and based on me being able to kill the rotation very easily, not as good with that aspect as the Meguiars G110V2..
Again, its all in what you personally want to do with it, and how you use it; my boat detailer expert says it will never be able to cut it in a gelcoat/rotary world, but perhaps it would be good for something inside the boat that required light buffing.
Me, I dont care for it...

I agree with gdal. It looks just like the Griots polisher. A longer cord though.

Shoot, am I the ONLY one around here that still uses Rotaries ?
Sure seems like it, you think ?
Will there ever be a day when Todd and I actually agree on something?
Maybe its time I take a leave of absence or something...
