Should I go back to stock tail lights?

Dude, go back to stock. I have an 02 civic, and I can honestly say the stock lights are a better match for your car. Btw, nice rims. What size are they, 17s?

I'm with C-MDX - get the stock '04 tails.

The only bad thing about the 04 tails is that the sockets are not the same so I would have to buy some new light sockets and convert it over.

My altezza tails are out and I am waiting to detail the car before I throw the stockers back.

I have to admit, I'm not a big fan of Honda's with huge mufflers and clear lights, but your is pretty nice. I think I like your because it's black with tint and you have some nice wheels. I like your car with the clear lights.....looks like an IS300.
