sick! how much do you charge? how large is your shop? Do owners have free range to get them any time or does staff have to? And how the HELL do you get them up there?!?!
We charge ~150/mo for storage. They can get them anytime, the more frequently used cars are on the bottom. The shop is ~58k sqft. We use a forklift with a custom made car pallet that we grab from the side, rise to the front of the car, slide it over to meet the platform then push the car onto the pallet, slide the pallet/car away from the rack then lower them straight down. We've tried the "ladders" method, but the results were sub-par.
