Just a note, 3M IHG has fillers in it. IHG works very well with any waxes containing oils and the like as it will not disturb the product used for filling.

Yeah, I'm not use to the silver color in the car and am trying to get the best gloss and depth I can out of this metallic paint. I use #7 on the wife's CR-V and love the result when topped with #26 (it's a sahara brown with gold metallic flake). I've thought about doing the same with my silver TSX but was worried about what these two darker colored waxes might do to the brilliance of the silver. I also see that most seem to think that using AIO and possibly SG topped with S100 or Souveran is best for my car color.



I personally think that #7 is worth the effort but after giving IHG a try, I doubt I'll be using it again soon.



As for a QD, you HAVE to try Megs FD and Clearkotes QS... Both VERY NICE QD's for wax.

I have tried both in limited testing. I really didn't find a big visual difference between Meg's QD and FI. As for QS, I tried it on top of the new LS and that was a disaster. Those two products definitely don't get along. But I'll soon be able to try the QS on top of the Pinaccle I just applied and we'll see how that goes.

Yes, I've read that many times and it is high on my To-Do list. Can't wait to see how it compares to the LS and Pinnacle I've been using.

But I sure would like to see side by side pics of this car and an Accord. You would think they could have styled the Acura alittle more differently from the Accord for the xtra money they charge for it. Love the tint on silver cars . Again great job!!!
 
Beautiful K-series (K24) Acura! I have heard lots of nice things about this new Honda/Acura...I would like to have one. The K-series engines are the future of Honda engines.

94AccordSedanEX: Since you are so smitten, I hope you do get a chance to own one one day! I personally think the TSX is attractive. It is an Acura and then are known for being conservative in design. I do love its rear-end and like the mean brow of the front end but the sides could use a little more character. Just something I have to live with as the entire package is just my cup 'o tea! :)

Sounds like you need to upgrade to the new '04 TL! If I hadn't just bought the TSX I think I would be getting one myself!



Stopped by the local Acura dealer yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to find 8 of them there. The Anthracites and Blacks looked sweet. Can't wait to see what the Redondo looks like (I think it will be my favorite color for this new TL).

Upgrade ?!?! But I just got this one a year ago...lol

This is why I don't stop by the dealership. Guyz are already asking if the doorsills will fit the older TLs.
