Heh heh, and after my experiences with Craftsman tools I try to avoid them for tools too (easier said than done sometimes).
But I am glad to hear you got a new set of wheels over this. It really does sound like that manager is an OK guy, too bad he's stuck working at that Sears place with people who mess stuff up.
