You've cleaned two different areas. Sea Foam and any other product sucked into the intake is below the throttle body. Spraying throttle body cleaner only cleans the throttle body, not the intake below it.
You can, but it's unlikely, particularly on your car. The intake should be pretty clean as is.

As far as the spark plugs go, perhaps you should put in the old ones? If you still have them. Though I don't understand why you would spend a lot of money on plugs as it has been shown many times over and over that they do not add horse power, unless you have a very high boost turbo, I don't see any advantage over a $1.69 NGK. IMHO You could get a set of NGK's to do the treatment and run for a few hundred miles afterwards. I am not under the impression that Acrua have issues with carbon, do they? Also the smoke could also be effected by how efficient the emissions controls are. Perhaps a '05 Lexus would have better emissions controls and burns the stuff cleaner than an older Miata, or just is not old enough to have carbon. My Miata put out a pretty big cloud of smoke, but then again I imagine a catalytic converter with 190,000 miles on it does not do much!

For an oil change, I have read to put it in shortly before the oil change (but don't drive the car). So do you just let it idle?? If so, why can't you drive the car??
If someone has done this to the oil, please let me know how it worked out.

if that all you want to do with if just go to your
autoparts place and get a can of 5 min. flush
it will work as well and save you a few bucks
unless you have a lot of miles or have overheated the engine
or have done somethinf else to destroy your oil
this is really not needed with the quality of motor oil today

Never really smoked in my rides, but my buddies 96 bird done in 05. It smoked for a day it seemed like. I kept thinking of the game spy hunter as he drove around town.
Also after he did it he had to replace his O2 sensors.
I am sure it works, but it also has some snake oil myth to it as a cure all. In fact
I add it to Zaino and AIO to help the paint. j/k.... I also use it for sore joints, achy back, and as a filler in my salsa.
