Screaming Banana...RIP??

Don,

I have a touch of the same obsession/illness that I see others here have (Cleaning, shining, sparkling, shiny, vehicles).

Take it from a guy who for more than twenty years has been dealing with tragedies that occur. In the profession that I am a member of we all too often make the notification to family members where their loved ones didn’t survive in a crash or other types of occurrences that result in the loss of life or serious injury.

Your experience is what I refer to as one of those life-altering experiences. I am willing to bet you won’t forget what happened to you for a long long time, if ever. That crash/experience may very well save your life or that of another in the future.

As much as we enjoy cleaning and polishing we have to admit they build those pieces of metal every day but you can "not" be replaced.

As far as pride and ego... You rode it out and walked away to tell about it.

Have a safe and Merry Christmas.
