Scratch in black plastic bumper

I'm working on detailing a FJ Cruiser that has the black plastic front and rear bumpers. The plastic is textured and has a satin finish (not flat or gloss finish). There are several long scratches (or marks) on the plastic, like something rubbed/scraped along the front bumper. I can take my finger nail and scrape off some of the mark. A damp rag doesn't do anything to remove. Is there any recommended cleaner? Almost need something with a little "grit" to it, but I don't want to risk dulling the satin finish. Would a mild scouring pad work?

i agree. if that textured plastic is scratched.. done deal. i think there are products that might be able to hide it.. but often times, it does not last.
