Couple of scretches (per 3 inches:D)

The whole car looked like this door. This paint was soft enough for the pc and I removed all but the ones that you could feel with your nail.

Was this subject to the Makita?

You mentioned alot of headliner work, because of coffe spills...

Did this car come with the anti-gravity option?

I again edited the post. Used the PC. That is why it took so long. No such option. :D

That's what I get for not reading and just looking at pictures.

How the hell did they coffee get on the headliner? Anti-gravity upgrade? ;) Did the car like roll or something?

Maybe due to our wonderful bumpy roads. There were a few drops that didn't want to come out but were reduced to a point hwere you had to really look. I didn't want to destroy the head liner

Thank you very much Scott. I didn't take any interior shots. That typical Honda gray fabric looks flat and there was not much to show. It wasn't bad so I decided not to take pictures of it.

wow, those must be some bad roads.

and very nice transformation on the doors! the shot with the light/flash is scary!

Nice work!....another autopian breaking into auto dealerships. Did you get thier rate.....Most of them here in North Carolina are charging between $225 & 300 dollars for what you did.

Very nice work. Those scratches came out great!

No dedicated LSP? All I see is PwC.

Is this your full-time job now or are you doing medicine on the side?

Thanks Sean - I do both massage therapy and detailing part time.

My supplement business runs itself so I don't have to spend too much time with that. And I am still broke! :D

This dealership has my flyer and I get calls from one of the service people every so often. This time it was another service guy who left a message on my cell phone that went something like this: Hi Thomas This is Andrew and I work with Wakhim (who refers me and I did the interior on his CLK 430 awhile back) and I need you to do a full detail but it has to be done tomorrow (saturday). She bought a new car, and we detailed it for her but she came back and wants to have a couple of scretches removed as well. SO I thought - ***? But they pay my $200.00 so who cares? Right?

So I show up early at 7:30 he of course was 30 minutes late so I try to find the car to see what I am going to work on. I see this newish silver CRV and I even find 2 little scretches on it. I called him on his cell to make sure that this is the one... he says no it is a dark blue one and it is parkred all the way in the back. I find the car and now you all see what it looked liked. It also turns out that this lady bought this used car from someone from the papers and she just brought it to the dealer to have it detailed. Why would he give me the other story, I have no clue.

Initially I wanted to be done by noon because I was going to be with my girlfriend from like 12:30 on but I knew I couldn't finish it on time so I decided to just use PBs AIO. I read it on DC that Steve uses it alone during winter, so it should be good enough for her as well.

Interestingly, there was no cobweb on this car. None, but scretched all over.

When Andrew came to look at the car he said - you got rid of the sretches? You even cleaned up the headliner? I might have to have you do my car man!

Anyway, I hope the owner was happy with it.

blue-sun - thanks!

General Lee - yes it was nice and warm, but those light show everything!!! I like that.

hirosh - thanks very much! Yes, some roads are terrible, but nothing like DC - I can't believe that our capital is in such bad shape.

andriver - thanks!

Terry - thank. Yes, I received my IOU for $200.00

Wow! What a recovery from scary scratches.

Thank you - I was surprised to see that I was going to be successfull removing them all together. I'd say it was the ""perfect"" paint if I ever wanted to work on one.
