sap

You are quick on the draw.:bigups

According to this thread - http://www.detailcity.org/forums/te...-stories/26977-horror-story-arrgggghhhhh.html the sap has hardened. Even still I can't see Spray and Wipe doing the job even if it was soft. It needs to be dissolved to get it off IMO.

Just did it to my own car ..(which is also in the thread ;) ) and it's also black ...it was out as long as Ron's and yes they were hard, but not baked in hard like the Florida sun would do :notme:

getting to this as soon as you can makes it much easier. I never really cleaned a rag top, but I guess i would try kids and pets first. If that didn't work I would look into a specific rag top cleaner.

I use terminator by stoner for tar, bugs and gook on paint, and it works quit well. It does have a very harsh smell. Troy could you really use this on fabric?
