I just purchased some SSR2.5 and SSR1. I will be using a PC. My paint is not nearly as bad as that, will the 2.5 be overkill. I wanted to remove some scratches. Will the 2.5 leave marring with a PC?

Thanks,

Steve

No the 2.5 will not be over kill and will not leave marring. You could try SSR1 first and if that dosen't get it out then go to SSR2.5. When we say 2.5 dosen't leave marring we are using it with a polishing pad not a cutting pad. If you use it with a cutting pad you will have to follow with a polishing pad to remove any marring.

Ah, I see, so for more stubborn defects I would use the orange cutting pad with 2.5, then follow up with LC white polishing pad with 2.5 or 1?

Thanks,

Steve

Very impressive! Not only does the paint look terrific, but the wheels, tires, fenderwells and convertible top also look great!
