S100 VS Clearkote Carnuaba Moose

I finally had a chance to try some of Clearkote's Carnuaba Moose on my show car this past weekend. I am not sure that I like it as much as S100. It definitely goes on thicker than S100 and seems to be somewhat more difficult to remove.

I also think the depth is a little more with S100...

Opinions????

I thought the same as you the first time i used it, even the 2nd & 3rd time. I found that working the CMW with the pc in like a polish really made it stand out more.

I can tell you this, there are some times when I am not sure if I like S100 more or CMW more.

I think CMW has a touch more depth than S100, but the reflections are not quite as sharp. I can use either one and be pretty happy with how my car looks.

Brian-thanks for the tip about applying CMW like a polish via the PC. I will have to try that!

i agree with the original post. i do not think carnauba moose has as much depth. lately ive been doing CM + s100 for an AMAZING effect.

Question from newbie: Is it recommended to add multiple layers of S100? How long should we wait between coats? Thanks in advance

2 layers, tops, just to ensure complete coverage. You can do one right after another or wait a day or two. I can't see a difference using either method.
