S100 and P21S waxes

Guys sorry if this has been answered before, but have any of you tired putting on a coat of s100 over Zaino?

I will be doing this to my car this weekend and would like to know if this is not a good idea before.

I plan on using the s100 as a top coat. Every few months I will wash the car with dawn to remove it and reapply Zaino then top off again with s100.

Thanks

Ok. I went and took the lids off two brand new jars of S100 and P21S. S100 is definitely yellow. I haven't compared brand new jars before. I think these pics pretty much lay it to rest.

Wow Paul E, I'm surprised that P21S gave such a forward and direct answer. :)

I wonder if this simple colour change in S100 is what this reported "change in formula" is that S100 is supposed to undergo. That way at least they could technically say that no, they are not the same product! :D My 2 older jars of S100 are white like the P21S.

For what it's worth here's my somewhat botched attempt at testing S100 durability. The interesting thing is that for such an easy to apply product I was surprised that there was anything left at all after 4 months of wintery neglect. http://www.autopia.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=22005

I've yet to see that color S100 wax in NC, and I just got a jar for Father's Day. I guess this is the reformulation that was to take place last October.

My guess...FD&C Yellow #5. :D

I just put s100 wax over zaino and the result was very impressive. I don't think you'll have any problems.

You were right :)...
