Thanks for sharing, Guz. Wonder what DIY option we can come up? My first thought was a plastic putty knife:

The putty knife was the first thing that came to my mind also. Hopefully Rupes will not overprice this tool. It should be included with each Rupes tool. It can`t cost that much to manufacture and would save many Rupes pads. Rupes has some seriously grippy Velcro. I usually start separating the Velcro from the foam on a Rupes pad around the 4th use.
