running out of SFX-2 polish, want to try something else

I have been looking at SSR2.5, Optimum Polish, Mezerna IP and FP2......I am leaning towards the SSR2.5 b/c you can use it in the sun, however I know the Mezerna Polishes are amazing products. Or, I just may reorder some more SFX-2, as I liked the product a lot. What do y'all suggest?

I would buy the Optimum Polish. PO85RD is more of a finishing polish rather than cutting polish. It is similar to SSR 1 or FPII, however everyone says it is the best finishing polish available. The OP is as aggressive as you want it to be based on pad selection. The SSR 2.5 is a good product but, at this point, I would rather use Menzerna PG, IP or try the OP.

What were your overall impressions of SFX-2??? I just picked up a bottle and am looking forward to trying it out.

Well, I have only gotten a chance to use it twice, and the better results were seen just last night on my friends black 2005 F-150, and I was hard pressed for time, but it came out nice. It removes light swirls very well, but was a little difficult in buffing off the remaining residue. That just could have been my fault. I used it on my PC at around 4 - 5, w/a LC Orange Pad. Since it is the only real polish I have ever used I wouldn't be able to compare it to anything else, but my friend couldn't believe what it did in that short amount of time, and I liked what it did on my car for a first time use.

Go for the big O. Its the most versatile polish out there. Finishes up pretty well with a light pad, and cuts pretty well with a heavy pad. Its not going to give you the cut of IP or the finish of PO85RD, but its versatile and easy to work. Menzernas can be a PITA to use sometimes, espicially Powergloss.

I'm sure you meant, "In addition to PowerPolish...". :p
