Hello All,

I'm a huge car fan! I have been driving since I was 14 (i'm 25 now). I'm (not be conceded) probably the best driver out of all my friends and I come from a big crew that loves driving. However, I am definitley lacking on my mechanical knowledge of cars beyond the very basics. I have joined a lot of automobile message boards in hopes of learning some more technical knowledge about cars as well as find out about the lastest and greatest stuff to hit the market. I'm also engrossed by "in car gadgets" such as radar technolgy and especially gps units! I feel like the sky is the limit the more we combine cars and computers! :heelclick

Welcome! What SRT-8 do you own?

EDIT: I am a moron. LOL I thought your title said SRT8 out of DC.

I have 2000 Grand Cherokee. I can't complain it's a great car (aside for the awful gas mileage that almost bankrupted me this summer). I'm sort of an SUV guy but I'm thinking that my next car might be an Audi A6 wagon. That way you get performance and practicality. My car def is a V-8.........................

But they do make a Straight-8 Grand Cherokee apparently.... Looks pretty sick! 420 horse power that's almost too much for an SUV. I think that is the same as the Porche Cayenne??

Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8

Cars | SUVs & Wagons | On-off

Meet the fastest, most powerful Jeep vehicle ever. The Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 (starting at $40,000) boasts a big-block 6.1-liter HEMI V8 engine that puts out a whopping 420 horsepower. We're not sure it's actually safe to have that many ponies out on the trail, but Jeep's electronic full-time four-wheel-drive system will help keep the horsepower-to-death ratio in check. The SRT8 also has Bilstein monotube shock absorbers, front and rear stabilizer bars, Royale leather trimmed seats, and 20-inch wheels.
