you are not the only one with the separation problem. I just used some RMG over the weekend and encountered the same issue. My bottle might be a little older than yours, but was kept in a very stable environment. Mine was also very runny and inconsistent in texture and color, no matter how much I shook it. I shook it for what seems like forever before and during use. Whats funny is today I notice now my bottle is a nice creamy texture and uniform color.... weird. I did still get good results though.
 
I have been using RMG and love it. I also love RMG & CMW only thing it mutes my metallic. I wish i could find something as glossy & wet as CMW that doesn't mute the metallic. I have VM but haven't used it yet .

I have DWG I like it a lot. RMG is great what I am looking for is something to go over the RMG. Like I said I love CMW except it mutes my metallic.

Try P21s 100% along side RMG. imo it gives a wet look and brings out the metallic in my paint.
 
Got around to finishing up buddy's 2004 Imola Red 330CI ZHP. I had basically completed the correction about 2 weeks ago so all I did was an ONR wash, clay and then I hit it with a single coat of RMG topped with 2 coats of Pete's 53.



All I can say is "Wow"! I am amazed on how well it turned out. As we were leaving I was driving behind him and had to pick up the phone to tell him his car's paint looked like it was still wet, because it did :xyxthumbs.

Have you tried FK1000P ? It seems to give my finish just as if a new coat of clear was added. Thanks to SuperBee !

Thanks that's one I would like to try. I just did coat RMG and 2 coats WBW i want to see what it looks like in the sun. I almost tried petes 53,maybe this week. I have a few of the dodo juice waxes including SN. I may try 1 coat RMG and 2 coats UPGP.



Think using rmg weekly will hurt the clearcoat?
 
No RMG should not hurt your clearcoat at all. I use it alot too. It really is a good product

I have used it once, it probably doesn't have the same effect on a white car, I figure that one day I will sell it or trade it.

I actually just got off the phone with Clearkote as I just used it and wanted to know more....



They told me it does have very small abrasives in it, smaller than vanilla moose. You can use it as a hand glaze for amping up the gloss, or by machine and work it like a finishing polish for added gloss. So layering it would only remove the previous layer or LSP. And it is normal for the product to separate.

As for hurting the clearcoat, he told me the abrasives are so fine that a PC would never cut through the clearcoat. but using RMG *weekly* doesn't sound necessary anyway.
