RMG, polishing pad?

As I have been reading, most people use a finishing pad when using Clearkote's RMG. I was wondering if anyone uses a polshing pad with RMG, or is that too agressive of a pad for this product?

I have been using Megs 8006 polshing pads with good luck, but I was interested in trying Lake Country pads to see what they were like. How does Lake Country's white pad compare to Megs polishing pad as far as agressiveness, about the same, more, less?

It sounds like I was missing out using RMG with only a finishing pad, will start using it with polishing pads now. Their is always more to learn. Thanks
