random isolated defects....scratches and random straightline marring over the car...

i usually see them best after ive polished, and you look closely with halogens.



you can also see them in low light conditions (like a street light) and inspecting the paint.

Random isolated deep scratches. Pretty much what Toyotaguy said. Also NCZ13 is right, they are best seen under low light conditions. I can see them the best under the halogen in my garage.

As mentioned, after deswirling a car they are what remains, typically requiring wetsanding to remove.
