Rhode Island- Paint correction (swirls and oxidation) pro detailer wanted

looking for someone in northern rhode island to pretty much just focus on the outside of the vechile some scratches tree sap on the roof,hard water, paint swirls, oxidation in one spot, overall the paint is just in bad shape needs a face lift anyone local? id like to get this done next week.... the car is a 1999 saab 93 midnight blue
