Review: Meguiar's Ultra Safe Spoke Brush

Well, I just received a nice email from Meguiar's, and they have a new brush coming my way. I appreciate it. :)
 
What did you say to them? (I'm wondering whether I can get a replacement for my brush or is it's short life just the way it goes...)
 
Well, I've also received two follow-up phone calls today from Meguiar's about the problem, making sure that I've been taken care of and am satisfied. I'm very impressed with the customer service - very good.
 
It is a shame the quality seems to be inconsistant because it really is a pretty good brush. Really helps me out on those BBS style wheels on older 7s.
