When I first got it, it was very nice and plush, but the thing just falls apart.
call M customer service - they will give you a refund as thet did me

Mine shed like crazy in the wash the fist time, but since then I've had no problems with it all. No shedding, no falling apart. I've only used it with Meg's Gold Class wash and I throw it in the washing machine and dryer when I'm done with it.
My complaint, and I didn't have one until I starting reading this post, is the apparent inconsistancy of the things. It seems you either get a good one or a bad one, you hate it or you like it. Wouldn't you think they'd be a bit more consistant in quality?
