Review: Eagle One Nano Was & Wash

Just a quick little review as I have finished using my first of two 64oz jugs.

This wash provides decent suds and average cleaning. I picked up a deal months ago buying two 64 oz for $5 if I remember. The wash seems to leave a little protection behind as I learned when I recently did a quick one step detail on my Pathfinder last month. My lsp was 845 and wash showing that it was on its last legs after 2 months of regular washing. I was using this as my winter wash from time to time.

I washed with the Nano wash & wax and clayed. Then rewashed. When I went to my polishing steps I noticed that I was getting a lot of holograming or what appeared to be. I rewashed with my trusting wash DG 901 (think thats the code) and rechecked everything. No more holograming. Proceeded to continue polishing and didn't have any more issues with that.

I guess a little protection is ok provided by a wash. My gripe on this wash is that it leaves heavy spotting no matter how quick I dry and its cleaning ability stinks. Comparing NXT wash and 901, this doesn't even come close. I can't wait to get rid of my remaining 64 oz jug.

I will stick to my 901 as it cleans, leaves little spotting and suds throughout my wash cycle. Buyer beware, this is probably on par with Megs Deep Crystal wash.

Good review... Yeah I will just stick with my NXT, however will be trying the Meg Gold after this bottle is finished however

I found the only thing good about EO car wash and wash & wax was that they are relatively cheap to shoot through a foam lance if you can find them on sale. I bought 5 gallons worth of EO Car Wash when it went on closeout last time for $1.33 each lol :)

I did a written review on this a few weeks ago. I bought a half gallon jug about 2 months ago. I went thru vast amounts of shampoo this winter and needed another bulk shampoo. I was washing my car as many as 3 or 4 times per week :nervous:

While i hadn't noticed any issues with spotting, I understand that water quality and hardness vary dramatically across the country. What might work well in my driveway could be a complete train wreck elsewhere.

I found this shampoo to be a very acceptable cheapie OTC product which leaves a big shine. I agree that it's a bit light on lubricity as are most of the OTC products.

I use the E1 product thru my Gilmour. Dollar for dollar, it's a very fair value.

I'm going to try adding some of my Blitz liquid wash 'n' wax solution to see if I can beef up the lubricity just a bit.

agreed (i don't find it half bad), especially when you get it for around a $1 on clearance... ;)
