Review: Chemical Guys Glassworkz
Introduction:
I hate cleaning glass. Actually I don't mind cleaning the glass but hate the results I got. Always got streaks no matter what product, technique or MF I used. Not the obvious ones but the kind you could only see when the sun was just right. (I always seemed to be driving at those times, too.) It infuriated me.
Thanks to Corey again for providing the format. Unlike one of my reviews on AGO, this one will be a (more) serious attempt.

Product
Other Products Used:
Short nap MF
WW Glass MF
Preparation:
Depending on where you read, can be used straight, 1:1 and 4:1. I clean glass after washing with something else (rinseless generally) so 4:1 was my choice.
Application:
A couple of spritzes on half a windshield-sized glass, vigorously rubbed down with a short nap MF and followed up by vertical wipes with the WW Glass MF.
Observations:
Wonderful smell. Cleans exceptionably well. Streak-free finish. A winner.
Does it meet its claims, absolutely.
Comparisons:
Comparing with Megs 120 and Stoner Invisible Glass (and a host of others), is probably the most streak-free product I've used. All clean well but CG Glassworkz is just easier to use and get great results. It doesn't dillute down as much as Megs 120.
Its aroma is lighter than Megs 120 and I prefer its pomegranate to Megs 120's grape (although both better than average). I still have a gallon of Megs 120 (11 gallons of cleaner) so I'll still use it. It's my second favorite glass cleaner.
Pros:
1.- Cleans very well
2.- Cost effective
3.- Pleasant smell.
Cons:
1.- None I've found.
Final Observations and Summary:
This is my favorite glass cleaner. (It's also likely to stay that way for some time because I have so much glass cleaner that, short of detailing skyscrapers, I doubt I'll ever need to buy more.) Is the most streak-free product I've found and just seems to clean "easier" (with less effort).
I have used many CG products and liked almost all but this is the best of its breeds (both CG and glass cleaner).
Comments and questions are encouraged. Thanks for viewing!
